After living in this 1,400 sqf, three-bedroom condominium apartment in Pasir Panjang for over two decades, the owners decided to renovate their home after putting off plans to spring-clean for a long time. They engaged Kelvin Bing, design director of Renaissance Planners & Designers, for the overhaul, which cost $400,000 renovation, including furnishings.

A special feature in their dining room is the large backlit mirror which, when lit, reveals words that reflect the family’s faith, etched at the back. A mirror was also applied on the false ceiling to visually enhance the height of the space.
