Edgy Space
Question: I want to update my black-and-white living space with a more edgy, industrial look. What’s an easy way to do that?
Answer: If you don’t want to renovate your home, the trick is to
choose new furniture and accessories in that theme.
Start by assessing your furnishings and fittings. Would their style fit the industrial theme? The industrial look starts with laying a backdrop of raw finishes like concrete floors and plywood cabinetry. You should also stick to a muted black, grey and silver palette, and incorporate actual industrial fittings and recycled, functional furnishings.
You already have a similar colour scheme, so just add more hard-edged metal with a steel dining table and chairs and search for edgier fittings.
