Take a leaf from interior designer Colin Seah’s book to reinvent your small space. White walls with quirky graphics from local artist Justin Lee are reflected by a wall of mirrors to make this room at the New Majestic Hotel appear bigger than it is. The graphic design gets “double exposure” thanks to the mirror, adding another dimension to the room.

Of course, not everyone can afford to commission an artist to customise their own wall art, but you can still try this in your small space using wall decals that are easily available through lifestyle shops and online.
