Taking flight
Plucked from the skies, these birds continue to "fly" on the wall of a conservation shophouse refurbished by design firm Union Experience. Cleverly lit from above, the flat, clear acrylic pieces cast ghostly shadows, fleshing out the image of birds in flight. This feathered flock is far from just decorative - the pieces also serve as perches for precious little curios.
