He has a growing collection of graffiti-style art and likes to tinker on his mixing deck; his wife amasses toys, magazines and vintage buttons. It’s easy to expect the marital home of Canadian Aamir Ghani and Singaporean Denise Low to be a zany mix of bold colours and edgy images. Instead, the five-room flat at Ang Mo Kio is a picture of clean lines with a monochromatic palette.
The couple credits their designer Raymond Seow of Free Space Intent for the new interiors that complement their hobbies. The designer also opened up spaces in the home to better suit their lifestyle – they have friends over often — as well as improved the flow of space and ventilation.
