Bachelorette Penny Seow used to live in New York, so she’s used to cramped quarters. But her new 463sqf condominium apartment needed more storage for the fashionista’s shoes and wardrobe.

So Penny turned to designer Frank Koh of Basic Concept to provide her with smart storage solutions. His budget-friendly answer: customised multi-functional furniture and built-in storage.
