More commonly used in building facades today, wire mesh is making a comeback in homes to give furnishings a shimmery texture. From furniture like Paola Navone’s Ivy collection for Emu to fabrics combined with stainless steel, copper and brass from Italian firm Augusto Garavaglia, metal mesh can depict both a hard-edged industrial feel as well as a delicate and fluid style.
