Looking at this bright, airy 990sqf four-room HDB flat at Pinnacle@Duxton, it is hard to imagine the “dark and small” apartment that it was when the homeowners first got it. 

Also, given the flat's compact footprint, the couple were aiming for "fluidity of space" rather than separate, distinct functions, The long, curvy custom-made cream leather sofa, for instance, was designed to serve the round dining table with seating.
