Ann Siang House: New foodie's paradise

A few years ago The Club on Ann Siang Hill opened to much hype, with its boutique hotel-cum-hip-dining-concepts. While it didn’t last long and eventually closed, it has now been extensively renovated into a 20-suite boutique hotel with several F&B offerings, it has been renamed Ann Siang House and is owned by Ashish Manchharam, managing director of 8M Real Estate.

Mr Manchharam had a vision for breathing new life into Club Street and Ann Siang Road. He says that while Club Street is well-known for its after-work drinking establishments, "I wanted Ann Siang House to be a foodie destination in its own right that caters to a wider audience."

It wasn't enough working with known names in the F&B scene. Mr Manchharam is also introducing pop-up spaces into Ann Siang House.
