House Tour: Welcoming and stylish four-bedroom condominium apartment

Home to a couple in their 50s, this four-bedroom condominium apartment in Bukit Timah takes on an eclectic modern-classic style.

The open-concept living and dining areas were designed to flow into each other. The grid pattern on the brown and beige rug echoes the green and brown painting on the sideboard, while a bright yellow screen featuring a flora and fauna print livens up the space.

But what really sets the apartment apart is its pairing of nature with something more man-made – geometry, by designer Gracinha Viterbo from Viterbo Interior Design

The cluster of delicate Japanese folded rice-paper pendant lamps in the dining area is a favourite of the homeowners.

The curtains in another bedroom are custom-made, inspired by fashion and specific geometric trends that the clients like.

The bathroom is separated from the sleeping area of the spacious master suite by a glass panel. Accessories in sea green accent the calm, elegant colour palette.

Sumptuous, spa-like facilities such as the bathtub, and vanity with a full-height mirror, make the master bathroom one of the most luxurious spots in the home.
