1. Curious Palette

Clean white walls, woody furniture, and lots of natural light make up the minimalist space of Curious Palette, artfully decorated with hanging bulbs, and refreshing potted succulents.

Run by the same folks behind the popular Strangers' Reunion, they serve up reliable brunch fare and a great cuppa.

Hyde & Co.'s clean, pristine aesthetic carries an English charm, while this wall decal has served as a backdrop for many an Instagram photo.

The café recently turned halal as well, but their selection brunch fare is still stellar, from Chicken and Waffles to Banana Walnut Pancakes.

3. Luxe Sydney

We love Luxe's scandinavian style – modern, minimal, yet cozy. It's great for groups, too, with long communal tables you don't typically find in most other cafes.

Their brunch fare is quintessentially Aussie – think lots of eggs, avocado, and toast.

4. Stateland Café

If a vintage industrial theme is your sort of thing, Stateland Café will be right up your alley. Think wooden crates and tables coupled with aluminium furnishings.

The standout items on their menu are definitely their waffles and thick toasts that come in various decadent renditions like red velvet and s'mores.

The Laneway Market is the perfect café to spend a rainy weekend afternoon – its woody, cozy interior is made even more homely with dried flowers hanging from the ceiling.

Housed in the beautiful colonial building Phoenix Park, Boufe Boutique Café has an equally amazing interior to match. The monochrome interior is brought up another level with the interesting mix of textures.

7. Gallery & Co.

With its artistic mix of textures and patterns, Gallery & Co. Is every bit deserving of its space in the National Gallery.
