House Tour: Bored by plain furniture? Here's a super chic patterned home!

Never tried patterns in your home and don't know where to start? This stylish three bedroom condominium by E&A Interiors shows you how patterned fabrics and wallpaper can make a big difference in the decor of a space.

dining room, wallpaper, pendant lamp, dining table

From the table to the pendant lamp, every piece of furniture here was custom-made by E&A Interiors. The dining bench maximises seating in the dining area.

living room, rug, L-shaped sofa, artwork, cushions, white coffee table

Upholstered in an Ian Mankin fabric, the custom-made cream-coloured sofa has deep blue piping which perks up the look of the neutral-toned living room.

armchair, upholstered chair, geometric fabric

The home's colour palette takes its cue largely from the geometric Jennifer Shorto print on this vintage French armchair, which was given a contemporary makeover with a fresh coat of white paint.

headboard, romantic bedroom, floral wallpaper, pink bedroom

The Galbraith & Paul wallpaper's repeated motifs of birds and blooms make for a charming visual treat, imbuing the master bedroom with a strong feminine presence.

mirror desk, upholstered stool, sheepskin rug

The custom-made dresser, which features mirrored panels and drawer knobs from Anthropologie, is a clean contrast to the stool upholstered in a pink and white Blithfield & Co textile.

Subdued tones of pale green take precedence in the mother's bedroom.
