House Tour: Classy interiors in this Sentosa Cove bungalow

This two-and-a-half storey bungalow at Sentosa Cove is a luxurious home designed for entertaining. The businessman homeowner and his wife commissioned design firm Altered Interior to work on their home interiors.

The facade features a mix of marine-treated timber, painted concrete, glass and slate, leading indoors into a black, white and chocolate brown palette.

The homeowners wanted an open-plan space on the ground floor.

The sleek white marble-floored interiors are softened with warm accents, such as a feature wall clad in cocoa-coloured wood veneer. The earthy colour brings out the rich hues of the chocolate brown sofas, dining chairs and dining table - all by designer Fendi Casa from luxury furnishing shop Platform Living.

A pendant light with cascading rings balances the high ceiling with the low all-leather dining table and chairs by Fendi Casa. Apart from the seaside view, you’d never guess this house sits on the beach with its ultra-luxe urban decor.

Glass panels allow a full view of the master bedroom from the bathtub.

The master suite on the second floor is kitted out with a mosaic-tiled whirlpool bathtub.

The rooftop lap pool is bounded by tempered glass panels for an infinity-style finish.

The overall look of the home is luxurious and classy.
