House Tour: A Danish design-inspired apartment with a retro touch

Wood tones, warm hues and clean, elegant forms make up this laid-back and yet stylish apartment. The interior designer, IPO Design, took inspiration from beautiful, timeless Danish design and Mid-century modern style, and infused this modern home with personality.

The living room looks inviting and comfortable, thanks to the warm, neutral colours, plush sofas and soft furnishings.

The orange leather sofa was purchased from Air, while the wooden coffee table and rug are finds from Lorgan's.

The kitchen gets a contemporary look with cool white and silver tones, creating an interesting contrast with the matte wood tones of the rest of the living area.

Lamps in quirky shapes add to the comfortable, cosy vibe of the bedroom, which has mustard yellow as an accent colour.
