Interested in welcoming a pet into your home?
Consider adopting one instead from the following centres.
Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA)
A registered animal welfare charity, SPCA provides 24-hour emergency animal rescue, and offers a wide variety of animals – including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and hamsters – for adoption.
Save Our Street Dogs (SOSD)
As its name suggests, volunteers and rescuers at SOSD save stray dogs and continually advocate against abuse, while educating the public on the importance of providing responsible homes for these animals.
The Cat Museum
At Singapore’s first cat museum, you can learn about the history of cats around the world, see cat-related artwork and photographs, interact with the resident cats, and adopt your very own pet.
Cat Welfare Society
A community of cat lovers, the Cat Welfare Society runs community programmes to encourage responsible cat ownership, while offering a platform where thousands of street cats or abandoned felines in Singapore can find new and safe homes again.
House Rabbit Society of Singapore (HRSS)
An all-volunteer, non-profit organisation dedicated to rabbit welfare and awareness, HRSS runs fostering programmes where abandoned rabbits are rescued and rehomed.
