BoConcept is bringing gentle curves and organic shapes to the dining room with its 2021 new products Kingston dining table and Princeton dining chair. Designed by Spain-based Danish designer Morten Georgsen, both the dining table and chair are liberated from hard edges and feature tapered and light legs, respectively, conveying a notion of a hygge home that embraces its inhabitants. And the best part? They’re beautiful and quite affordable.

Textured Like Fabric
Nothing says comfort quite like the soft texture of fabrics. Spanish tile brand APE Ceramica has made that texture available as tiles with the new Habitat collection. The collection features two fabric textures: linen-like Habitat and woven wool-like Habitat Pocket, which has four and two colourways, respectively. The collection is suitable for both bathroom and kitchen use.

Smells Like Home
Ikea has collaborated with perfumer Ben Gorham, founder of Swedish luxury fragrance and fashion brand Byredo, for a collection of 13 scented candles called Osynlig. Named after the Swedish word for ‘invisible’, the scented candles are made to provoke emotions and lends an olfactory profile to your home. The scents are categorised into three groups: fresh, floral and woody, which have been curated to fit a broad range of preference. Each scent is housed in a beautiful handcrafted ceramic container with a lid.

Courts at The Heeren
Courts Singapore will be opening a six storey flagship store at The Heeren ormerly occupied by Robinsons. Slated for Q1 of 2022, the flagship will be Courts’ larges. It will introduce new retail concepts and deliver Japanese standards of customer experience.
