To achieve the style, the designers opted for wood-look finishes that come with various grains and shades. These create depth and texture throughout the home.

As part of the $38,000 renovation cost, one room was converted into a study. The bi-fold glass doors that replaced the walls allow natural light to fill the kitchen and living room.
