Designed by a Singapore interior design firm, Prestige Global, this three-bedroom apartment in Jakarta features furniture and decorative details in an archetypal classical style, such as wainscoted walls painted in a champagne hue, plush tufted sofas, and highback armchairs. 

The original kitchen fittings, including the bulky kitchen island, were removed. New built-in carpentry hide the fridge and oven. Thanks to a long island countertop, the kitchen looks more streamlined. 

 The kitchen was also reconfigured to fit a dining table and chairs by American designer Thomas Pheasant – one of the family’s favourite designers.

To bring the contemporary classic theme into the master bedroom, the designers framed the bed, which adds a sense of modern grandeur. Earthy tones and ambient lighting create an intimate atmosphere, while fabric blinds and curtains help block out light, ensuring a good night’s sleep!

The look is extend to the bathrooms, which was fitted with a bay window-cum-rest area for the homeowners.
