One of its most famous items is the EM77 Coffee Vacuum jug, a tall and narrow cylinder designed by Erik Magnussen. This coffee jug has a patented unique rocker stopper near the lid, that lets users serve with just one hand, and a handy screw cap, which keeps liquids from spilling.
Another super stylish design label new to town is British lighting design brand Tala, available at homeware store Journey East. They offer elegant and environmentally-conscious lighting solutions, and their light bulbs come in various shapes and sizes.
In their bestselling Voronoi collection, the bulbs have an interesting fluid, organic shape inspired by voronoi patterns – imagine the pattern on a tortoise shell or pineapple, for example. As unnecessary as it sounds, it does make for a visually stunning, yet unique piece that would make a great conversation starter.
