Stylish furnishings and natural materials create a modern weekend home.

Jones Ong of design company JSKJ was contracted to design this two-bedroom condo apartment in St Martin’s Drive. He roped in long-time friend and fellow designer, Kavin Lee from Metamorph Works, to help with the 3D drawings and renovation work. Jones handled the concept and artwork for the home.

A medley of textures such as rich walnut and classy marble make up the natural palette of this home.

A doorway in walnut borders the entrance to the kitchen, framing it almost as if it were a painting.

Marble walls and a frosted glass door demarcate the guest bathroom, located at the rear of the kitchen.

The “charred” armchair and bunnies painting are interesting elements in the master bedroom. Table lamp from Oddjects.

The total renovation and furnishings cost came up to approximately $300,000.
