While Spacedge Designs is well-known for its contemporary, minimalistic homes, but this resort-like project proves that versatility is part of their design DNA as well.

The designers stuck to clean lines and a white and brown colour scheme to create a calming living room setting. Much of the appeal comes from the spacious outdoor area, which also fills the indoor area with plenty of natural light.

The homeowners took full advantage of their roomy balcony by relocating the dining room here. This relaxing alfresco area also allows them to admire the lush greenery outside.

A surprising retro-inspired oriental metal screen brings a refreshing twist to this home's contemporary interiors. It also serves as a divider between the living room and kitchen.

The highlight of this home is this amazing open-concept bedroom! By replacing solid walls with sliding glass panels, the previously cramped area is now expanded and flows seamlessly into the deck area.

The homeowners installed a sizeable jacuzzi (it took six men to transport it up to the rooftop) to pamper themselves.

This relaxing nook is decked out in a plush classic sofa for added comfort, and a television set that blends into the black panel.

Tucked away in a corner is a pantry, where unsightly features such as the sink and appliances are cleverly conecaled from plain sight.
