This home follows a Scandinavian theme, keeping it simple and well-organised. The homeowners emphasised the importance of letting the light in and making sure the space is practical for their comfort.
The “clean and square” layout, along with the large picture windows and oversized sliding glass balcony that flood the home with plenty of natural light gives the home the simple and bright look. To let all the light into the home, the owners did away with curtains.
The sun-kissed living area is a cool, calm space of milky marble flooring and white walls, punctuated with standout pieces such as bright red side table, yellow dining chairs and a playful aquamarine polka-dotted rug.
The kitchen accessories were all purposefully colour-coordinated.
As the homeowners hate clutter, they went with a simple look. Simplicity does not mean minimalist, however. The home was decorated with simple but colourful accessories, all items the owners love. As seen above, the pretty gold tea light holder and delicate glass vase brings a warm vibe into the stylish home.
Necklaces hang off the antlers of an animal skull, while the wife’s Jimmy Choo heels are hooked over a chair arm for easy access.
