The designer, Raymond Seow of Free Space Intent, gifted the homeowners this vertical green wall panel, which creates a resort-style look.

Although the home is spacious, its elongated layout meant certain areas of the home were not well-lit. As such, Raymond installed cove lighting in the living and dining areas.

The home features several wood-look finishes. To avoid a mismatched look, the designer followed a gradient; the dining area is clad in darker tones and the kitchen in lighter ones.

The cement-look laminates, which were chosen to match the tiles, were purchased from Lamitak.

Instead of using full-glass panel doors, Raymond suggested windows as they facilitate ventilation.

To avoid blocking the window, as well as to create privacy, a mini walk-in wardrobe was built near the master bedroom’s entrance.
