Three-room apartment with a zen-like feel

The living room is dressed up with a lacquered plywood ceiling feature that hides subtle lighting.

The custom-made acrylic storage boxes are suspended on the wall, so they don’t eat up precious floor area. The red display boxes punch up the wall feature.

The outdoor patio is one of Jeff’s favourite corners as it offers an idyllic view of the mist garden.

The glass dining table can be converted into an eight-seater when the host is entertaining. Above it is the - multiple-bulb Lighthouse lamp from Lumiere.

Alan left the front edges of the plywood shelves bare for textural contrast. The sliding bookshelf maximises the bay window by turning it into much-needed storage space.

The Fontana Arte Loop lamp doubles up as a decor item.

The master bedroom is dressed up in wallpaper and accented with stylish accessories like the Moooi Rabbit lamp from Space Furniture and homeowner, Jeff’s, prized Beosound 1 Gold speakers from Bang & Olufsen. Clever use of lighting beneath the “floating” bed provides subtle illumination in the master bedroom.
