New bedding brand Every Thread Count takes inspiration from the latest fashion trends and turns them into prints for bedspread.

Customers can pick from three Spring/Summer 2016 collections that were launched recently. Aside from fashion, the bedding looks also draw on current lifestyle and home furnishing trends.

Check out the Eastern Charm range for a touch of chinoiserie. The spreads, which come with either a geometric print or patchwork art style, use a bright red as its main colour.

The four-month-old home- grown brand works with designers from around the world.

One of its Singapore-based designers is Ms Christine Chen, who has more than 10 years of experience working with textile designs and for companies such as bedlinen retailer Aussino and fabric and home interiors store Spotlight Australia. She curates the look of the collections.

Every Thread Count will have new collections twice a year. All bedding is made from 100 per cent cotton in sateen weave and crafted in China, India and other South-east Asian countries.

Prices of fitted sheet sets range from $49.90 to $109.90, while quilt cover sets go for $89.90 to $139.90.

The brand has a pop-up shop at Metro Centrepoint in Orchard Road.
