FEATURED PROJECT 1: A 2,400 sq ft four-bedroom condominium at The waterside

This home was designed for a family of four, who has been living in cities around the world and is ready for a permanent home in Singapore. The use of subdued colours and soft lighting is in response to the homeowner’s request for an understated elegant style accented with a touch of modernity.

FEATURED PROJECT 2: A 1,280 sq ft three-bedroom condominium at Kovan Residences

The homeowners are avid readers, with an extensive book collection that had to be prominently displayed in the living area. The couple loves the light tones of natural timber and requested for it to be one of the key materials used in the home. The balcony opens up to their living and dining thus allowing plenty of natural light and ventilation, and most importantly, to bring in natural light into their kitchen while keeping it enclosed as the wife does heavy cooking daily. The design team decided to propose a “glass-enclosed” kitchen concept that blurs the boundaries of the living-dining and kitchen area. When guests come in, they are welcomed straight away to this open layout that looks much more spacious than before, while actually keeping the kitchen as a fully functioned heavy-cooking area.
