Designed by Melanie Hall, Luna2 Studiotel is a fashionable and 1960/1950's inspired hotel in Seminyak, Bali.

Melanie described this style as "funked up modernism", and incorporated a lot of motifs and designs with a retro touch.
According to Design Hotels, a website which curates listings of design-driven luxury hotels, Hall chose a color palette of primary blues, reds, yellows and greens."
The colours and aesthetics used in Luna2 were inspired by classics such as Lego, Monopoly, Rubiks cubes and renowned Mondrian color-blocked artwork.
The hotel was also named after something from the past -- the first spacecraft to land on the moon in the late 1950’s!
