Next time you land in Paris Orly International Airport, you may want to check out CUP — Cuisine Urbaine Parisienne — that's located on the first floor of the public zone.

The restaurant is designed by Parisian interior design agency Studio Marc Hertrich & Nicolas Adnet, and sports a modern industrial loft look, with attractive colours, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Its design was inspired by the city of Paris, integrating structures resembling those of the iconic Pavilion Baltard concert hall, as well as bright and bold street art.

But there are also trendy design elements, such as workshop lamps, mismatched furniture, brickwork, exposed ducting and an oversized clock.

Its design also makes the most of the seven metre high ceilings of the historical terminal, with display shelving extending up on the mezzanine or loft level.

So next time you're travelling in or out of Paris, check out CUP! It has a welcoming environment, whether you're alone, in a group or a family.
