Near top schools - check; prestigious district - check; beautiful surroundings - check; modern architecture - check. A new property launch by CapitaLand has got all we want in a home. Victoria Park Villas, to be launched this Sat 3 Sept, is a landed property development located in prime District 10.
The development offers 106 semi-detached houses and three distinctive bungalows which will feature contemporary designs and smart home systems. The site is at the junction of Coronation Road and Victoria Park Road, surrounded by well-known schools such as Nanyang Primary School, and Raffles Girls Primary School, and is a mere 10-minute drive to Orchard Road and the CBD.
The master plan for the estate is done by acclaimed architect and President's Design Award winner Mok Wei Wei of W Architects (pictured), but the homes were designed by architecture firms AR43, HYLA, and Studio Wills + Architects.
As the site sits on sloping land, each semi-detached home has a basement, with an elevated living room that looks out to a garden (above the car porch). The second floor and the attic houses the bedrooms. Each of the semi-ds have five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, while the bungalows have six bedrooms.
Two actual units have been dressed up for the launch. This shows the Type B Pool Villa, which is 6,600 sqf (built-up area). The houses are being sold from $4.4 million to $7.6 million for the semi-detached villas and $11 - $12 million for the bungalows which are between 10,904 – 11,539sqf.
The homes feature premium fittings such as Italian-crafted Ernestomeda cabinetry for the kitchen, fitted with Miele appliances. Seen here is the dry kitchen of the Pool Villa; the wet kitchen and the laundry area fitted with Miele washer and dryer are behind.
The space on the basement level (which leads out into the car park), can be turned into an entertainment den, or a bedroom.

The living and dining areas of this 4,500sqf (built-up area) Garden Villa has been dressed in a look of contemporary luxury.

The balcony enjoys wonderful views of the tree canopy of the surrounding area. Appointments for viewing the show units are by appointment only. Call 9771-9898 or visit www.victoriaparkvillas.com.sg.
