The master plan for the estate is done by acclaimed architect and President's Design Award winner Mok Wei Wei of W Architects (pictured), but the homes were designed by architecture firms AR43, HYLA, and Studio Wills + Architects.

The second floor and the attic houses the bedrooms. Each of the semi-ds have five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, while the bungalows have six bedrooms.

Two actual units have been dressed up for the launch. This shows the Type B Pool Villa, which is 6,600 sqf (built-up area). The houses are being sold from $4.4 million to $7.6 million for the semi-detached villas and $11 - $12 million for the bungalows which are between 10,904 – 11,539sqf.
