This Sentosa Staycay Feels Like Single's Inferno, But More Luxe

Those single and ready to mingle can now experience a local take on hit South Korean dating show Single's Inferno. Sort of, anyway.

Staycation booking concierge service Singapore Staycation has introduced a weekend staycay package inspired by the Netflix reality series, where singles — yes, the event is exclusively for singles only — can make new acquaintances (and maybe a potential love interest?) and take part in fun activities.

First things first. You’ll get to hole up in a Luxury Room at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa for the night, which comes with lush botanical touches, plush twin beds and other creature comforts like a 47-inch LED Smart TV, a pillow menu, and a bathtub. The stay also comes with a complimentary breakfast.

Sign up with a friend and you can share a room. Otherwise, you’ll be paired up with another participant of the same gender. Prefer having a room to yourself? It’ll be an additional $200 nett.

And of course, you’ll get to meet and break the ice with other singletons through a series of fun activities. These include a picnic lunch and games at Tanjong Beach, a ride on the Skyline Luge, dinner at one of the beach clubs, as well as a fitness activity like yoga or HIIT workout.
