Designed by Rey of ErStudio, this 990sqft condominium apartment in Clement Canopy features contemporary, clean-lined minimalism bedecked in earthy tones.
The homeowners wanted a hotel-like atmosphere, so plenty of storage space was needed to keep the look tidy. Since they work from home, the layout of the apartment also had to be practical for daily use.
One of the requests was for the home office to be situated in the balcony.
A palette of light grey, brown and green earthy tones lends the home a restful feel. These colours were chosen for feng shui purposes.
The living and dining area features plenty of storage space for items like shoes and luggage, tucked away out of sight behind the cabinet doors.
The home features a pantry area with an island counter separate from the main kitchen.
Above, an undulating ceiling lends visual interest and keeps the apartment from looking too boxy.
