As the market for co-working spaces are becoming saturated, the need for private offices have returned. Co-founder Y.C. Teo, of Kilo Lounge and Working Capital fame, worked closely with local design studio FARM to create a well-equipped space that feels plush, private, and comfortable. “We try to keep the work focused without the overly incessant social element that is so pervasive now,” co-founder and partner Y.C. Teo says. “SILO is created to help you get work done.”

Rooms are equipped with TV screens, printers, storage space and adjustable desks that make it easy to beat that sedentary lifestyle.

Though selected rooms include dedicated en-suite private pantries, with refrigerators and microwave ovens, there are also public shared pantries adjacent to the meeting rooms.

Tenants also enjoy secluded corners (such as the one pictured), board rooms with video conferencing capabilities and TV screens, and multiple private phone booths. SILO also provides server space which are perfect for fintech businesses.

Need to spend a few late nights in the office? There's a shower space, too. Tenants can also expect ad-hoc concierge services from technical troubleshooting and daily collection of snail mail to creative & marketing services, dry-cleaning, and catering.
