We see them often on TV, Star Awards, SBS and SMRT bus advertisements, but we seldom see them as humans. He looks fun and goofy, and is best known for his self-depreciating humour. His on-screen persona is a crude, local Ah Beng (hooligan), but Mark Lee is actually a refined man with a distinct taste for art.

In his home, we saw his extensive art collection, and his own take and decisions in the interior design of his living space.

In 2010, Chinese actor and reality TV host Pornsak famously moved into a condominium that fellow comedy actress Michelle Chong helped him find.

It was a three-room condo in Bukit Timah spanning 1,420 sq ft that he paid $800,000 for.

Back then, the Thai and Chinese born Pornsak had just made a break in his celebrity career – having just entered the local acting industry in 2004.

The three-room condo saw his friend Michelle Chong’s art collection decorate the walls, along with Pornsak’s own extensive toy figurine collection.
