Leedon Residence is a luxury condominium designed by SCDA Architects. An exclusive number of units are fully furnished by interior designers, including Italian label Saporiti Italia. The two-bedroom units (1,044 sqf) we've filmed were designed by I.D. Dept and Su Misura respectively -- the stark difference in interior styles is a great example of how uniquely designed each unit is.
Ready for immediate move-in, each Leedon Residence unit also includes useful features like pull-out ironing boards, ample storage space, and study tables. Both units also used the balcony to create more seating capacity.

"The design was primarily driven by a family or young couple who enjoys entertaining at home," says the I.D. Department team. "We've selected special materials that requires little maintenance to ensure long term practicality. That way, you won't lose the aesthetic touch and can still maintain the luxurious look of the apartment."
Other cool features: The dining table in the living room can swivel out to accomodate up to six people.

"Designed with a party concept in mind, we included sofas that can cater six to eight people (one of which has a hidden storage space) and a bar cart in the balcony," says the Su Misura team. "We also placed a sofa bed and a built-in ironing board in the study room, for when the homeowners have guests over."
Other cool features: There's a wine cellar in the kitchen -- true to the party-concept!
