Practice good hygiene to get rid of the dust and dirt on your bed, by using these tips.

Sun your sheets

Sun your pillow, mattresses and duvet regularly as UV rays kill bacteria and dust mites.

Replace your pillows

Change them every one to two years.

Wash the dirt away

Wash your bedlinen and mattress protectors in hot water (above 60 deg C) to kill dust mites.

No Liquids

Do not use liquid- or moisture-based cleaning methods on your mattress without consulting professionals. These might damage it and introduce unwanted moisture.
