By Donna Mondi Interior Design, the design of this home in Chicago is inspired by the dark glamour of the 1920s.
It features striking and luxurious furniture pieces from American brand Koket.
The split living room features a plaster ceiling with a geometric pattern, adding subtle texture.
The designer played with the ceiling design in the dining room, covering it in a Maya Romanoff wallcovering. The eye is drawn up, also thanks to the gold-tone pendant lamp above the dining table.
The walls of the oval-shaped room were painted in a glossy black lacquer that reflects a sheen.
The lounge is given a luxurious look with a plush velvet sofa in a vibrant hue, as well as touches of brass.
The designer incorporated bold pops of colour in the girl's bedroom.
The multicoloured rabbit print wallpaper makes for an eye-catching focal point.
The master bedroom is done up in tones of gold and white.
In this space, furniture selected include the Koket Divine Armoires, on either side of the fireplace facing the bed.
The Divine Armoire is a brand favourite, with its gold ribbon handle and peacock feather surface.
