This is where America's most expensive property on the selling block is located – a barrier island in Manalapan, Florida. The 15.6-acre estate is known as the Gemini estate, and is owned by the Ziff publishing family. If you're wondering what's the price? It's going for $195 million!

The home was built in the 1940s for the Lambert phramaceutical family, and designed by architect Marion Sims Wyeth. It was purchased by its current owners in the 1980s, who later used four years to expand and reconstruct it (which completed in 2003), to include a tunnel under a highway to access the guest house and boat dock.
