The designers at EHKA put alot of thought into designing it so that there would be zones for different activities, but yet remain open for interaction.
Sheer curtains are used to divide the dining area from the kitchen, while still allowing light to pass through. Curved bench seating allows more people to sit around the table.

2) Wood accents add a warm ambience into this three-bedroom condo unit
The homeowner engaged architectural firm RT+Q to give it a brand new look - visible from the moment you step into the entrance foyer as timber screens line almost all the walls of the apartment.
In the master bedroom, oak flooring in a herringbone pattern introduces warmth, while sliding timber screens either allow more light into the en-suite bathroom or provide privacy.

3) Lots of blues and blacks in the $200,000 interiors of this condo unit
Designed by architect William Ng from Studio Wills + Architects, the dark blue shade of the kitchen area complements the warm tones of the living room, which was left in its original state.
Many brass fixtures in the home, such as this bedside reading lamp, were hand-carried back from the US by the homeowner.

4) House Tour: Loft-style, gallery-inspired apartment with lots of art
The design of this home is based on the homeowners' — a young couple — love of art. They wanted a "loft-type, art gallery sort of feel". Enlisting the help of an architect friend Koon Wai Leong to redefine the interior, the homeowners proceeded to gut the rooms on both levels.
They also painted witty pieces of art to fit the walls nicely for a more personal touch.
