When it comes to modern industrial style interior design, there's nothing quite as striking as an all black apartment. This Clementi condo unit is a prime example, expertly pulling off the daring look with the perfect blend of edgy and cozy elements.
The interior designers at Architology used inky dark shades, exposed brick, concrete and steel accents to create sleek, cosmopolitan appeal. Yet they also incorporated warm lighting, wood tones and pops of color to ensure the home still feels inviting and livable.
Industrial style interior
The living room is the embodiment of urban, industrial chic. Exposed brick walls, cement screed floors and a concrete hollow block partition wall add tons of raw, textural interest. But the space is kept from feeling too harsh with plush seating, warm wood tones and a stylish lighting scheme. The dark color palette allows the architectural details and accent lighting to really pop.

To allow the open kitchen to blend seamlessly with the living areas, the designers opted for sleek grey tones that coordinate with the dominant black hues. Stainless steel appliances, exposed ducts and under-cabinet lighting reinforce the clean, minimalist aesthetic.

the bedroom, while a pillar doubles as a TV console.
Dark master bedroom
Even the master bedroom embraces the all black apartment concept! A black painted accent wall creates a cocoon-like feel that's perfect for rest and relaxation. But the overall space is kept light and airy thanks to large windows, white walls and wood floors. Bold pops of color in the cushions and lighting make a statement.
The interior designer applied the same exposed-brick treatment to the powder room to play against the smooth white finish of the ceramics.
