The homeowners of this D'Leedon apartment — a couple in their 40s and two kids — requested interior stylist Priscilla Tan (@styledbypt) for a chic and timeless home.

She gravitated towards the classic black and white colour pairing, and spruced it up with polished finishes for a touch of glam.

Floor to Ceiling Windows
Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows, the home receives plenty of natural sunlight and views of lush greenery.

The couple chose their own marble slab for this dining table; they paired the Statuario piece with a unique combination of stainless steel and wood legs.

Developer Furnished Unit
As the home was new and well-furnished by the condominium developer, the couple only spent $30,000 on renovation.

This included lighting, electrical works, and tiling; the black-and-white Peranakan tile complements the ikat and geometric patterns spotted on the living room pillows.

"Stainless steel and silver finishes, imbued mostly through small accessories, jazz up the black-and-white colour palette," says Priscilla.
