Home Tour: A bachelor's Industrial-style 2-bedroom condominium decorated with art
Elvis Thong's passion for home accessories is on full display in his new industrial style apartment. The art collector wanted his 2-bedroom condo to have an edgy, modern aesthetic centered around raw materials like concrete and wood. However, he didn't want the industrial style interior to feel too harsh or uninviting.
To strike the perfect balance, Elvis enlisted interior designer Cadine Lim of Prozfile. Cadine proposed an industrial-inspired look that mixed warm wood elements with cooler concrete and metal accents. The result is a stylish yet livable urban oasis tailored perfectly for Elvis' treasured home accessories collection.

Even the bathroom got an industrial style treatment in this unique apartment. The room makes a bold statement with a stunning rose gold plated rhinoceros head sculptural piece mounted on the wall. Small, dark tiles continue the home's raw, edgy aesthetic.
However, warm wood accents around the mirror and vanity prevent the space from feeling too cold or uninviting. It's the perfect sanctuary for Elvis to get ready while surrounded by his curated home accessories.
Concrete was spread over the original floor tiles in the balcony to match the theme of the home. Elvis loves the balcony, as it gives him a great view of the city.

It's one of Elvis' favorite spots in the apartment for taking in views of the city skyline. A few carefully chosen potted plants add a touch of nature to the space. Overall, it's a simple yet stylish outdoor living area perfectly suited to the home's urban flair.
