The owners of this 1,900 sq ft (176 sqm) condominium in Upper East Coast strongly believed in Feng Shui, and had consulted a geomancer to help them select a house that suited them, as well as advise them on the colour scheme and positioning of items.

The shoe cabinet, which has a super-realistic cement-lookalike laminate, goes well with the timber flooring of the patio.

In the patio, as advised by the geomancer, three 5ft-tall trees are lined up at one end to keep passers-by from peeking into the space.

The wardrobe door, which is covered in a floral print laminate, makes a statement by looking like an art piece.
