This week we look at this apartment in Cuscaden Towers that was far too bright for their owners' liking.
Most people have a problem brightening up dark areas of the home. Corrine and Graeme Evans had a problem in reverse. “The white marble floor, the white walls and the French windows that stretch across the length of the living room made the room seem rather cold and too bright,” said Corrine.
The couple decided to select dark furniture and upholstery to solve the problem. On a trip to Bangkok, they ordered armchairs and a centre table in teak wood, stained dark.
