Renovation Cost: $55,000

Some of these unique features include the customised shoe cabinets and TV console, which look like a series of boxes, the shelves in the dining area, and the dining table itself.
Dining Room
The custom-made dining table with built-in swing stools ties together the industrial look that is part edgy cafe and part New York-loft style.
Metal Floor Lamp
Sourced overseas, this metal floor lamp echoes the metal mesh used in the customised storage units in the living room.
