The interiors of this 1,300 sq ft (120 sqm) five-room HDB apartment in Telok Blangah reflect the spirited personalities of its homeowners – its raw concrete flooring, blackboard walls and bare wood surfaces are the canvas for vintage details and a touch of playfulness.

The owners turned to design consultant Jane Koh of Sponge ID to create a laidback and comfortable space to entertain friends and family.
