Home to a family of three, with lego collectors in their midst, this apartment in Taiwan is a stylish abode that accomodates storage and display needs too!

Designed by Taipei-based interior design firm Ganna Design, there is no lack of statement pieces in the unit, especially with very bold choices of lighting fixtures throughout.

The living room, dry kitchen and extended counter dining table all sit in a singular open space. A full-height wall cabinet houses some of the owners favourite lego figurines.

Teal is chosen for the kitchen counter to create a stand-out feature in the centre of the home. Complementary furniture such as a tufted sofa in a checkered fabric, as well as a fur-clad rocking chair are chosen for the living room.

The ceiling is kept raw, complete with track lights to illuminare the interior spaces. In contrast, wood-look tiles are laid in a herringbone pattern for the floors, to add textural quality to the home.

Sliding doors sit between the living room and bedroom, which has a muted colour palette.

The wall behind the bed has a chevron pattern that draws the eye up. The open-concept bathroom sits next to the bedroom space, and boasts a luxurious freestanding bath tub.

Blue and white patterned tiles fill this space to make itself the most outstanding and bold-designed space in the entire apartment.

A classy black chandelier sits above the bathtub. When illuminated, its textures are reflected against the walls around it.
