The owners of this five-room condominium unit in Flame Tree Park wanted a Scandinavian design for their home, which meant a bright, open and airy look that maximised natural sunlight.

Not wanting the television to be the centre of the living room, the owners got their interior designers to create a solid wood feature that could hide it away.

The dining area is illuminated by natural light streaming through the glass doors of the study.

An all-white bathroom risks looking clinical, but this home manages to steer clear with a brass-toned bulb and wooden washbasin cabinet.

Visually distinct flooring separates the walk-in wardrobe from the wet area of the bathroom. The renovation of this resale unit, which involved hacking, wiring, piping, tiling and carpentry work, cost approximately $148,000.
