Keeping the interiors of the home simple and minimalist can be a challenge to some homeowners, especially so if you're a hoarder and often find yourself short of sufficient storage space.

For this condominium apartment at D'Leedon, the design team at 82 chose a Scandinavian-inspired minimalist look with a light colour palette. The result is a bright and airy look.

A concrete-look laminate is chosen for the wall behind the TV console, as added accent and textures for the living room. Other walls and floors are kept white for a clean, sleek appeal.

At the dining room, the walls are painted a shade of pastel green — to parallel the tinted glass doors in the kitchen area — complete with wood display nooks for the homeowners' collection of accessories and knick knacks.

Track lights and spotlights keep the home looking seamless, without being overbearing or ostentatious.

Another bedroom is transformed into a study, where customised cabinets offer additional storage space for the homeowners' books collection.
