The homeowner of this four-room HDB apartment at Redhill worked with Riston Foo of Whiz Concepts for an out-of-the-box design that cost $80,000. The home can fit large groups of people and a ton of books, while leaving plenty of room to manoeuvre.

For the look of the home, Riston chose a palette that is modern yet influenced with the classic style of a gentlemen's club. This narrow space was formerly the kitchen, and has been reconfigured to fit a long dining table perfect for a group of more than 10 people.

Riston maximised Edwin's space by reconfiguring the areas according to his priorities. This pantry area is perfect for Edwin's needs as he doesn't cook.
