Within a week of their wedding, this couple had moved into their first home, a 1,001sqf four-room HDB flat in Punggol, which was already ready for occupancy. They had worked for the last five months with interior and furniture designer Kelvin Teo of Space Sense to turn their brand-new flat into a loft-inspired haven.

Kelvin hacked the wall enclosing the kitchen, opening it to the dining space and providing cross-ventilation for these social areas of the home.
